A. Equipment brief introduction:
Work flow of the equipment: This equipment is a special designed slitting equipment that slits wide coils into the width and recoil slitted strip into baby coils required by the customer. The main working devices of the equipment consists of decoiler, rotary slitter, panel tension station and recoiler four major mechanisms, It includes some auxiliary devices such as loading coils, pinching & leveling, cutting, looping, guiding, scrap recoiling and unloading etc.
The feeding mechanism is in a passive feeding state when the equipment is in work. Steel plate pass through leveling machine, and the plate head is cut by the hydraulic shears to remove the irregular material heads and then enter the disc cutting machine through the lateral guide mechanism to cut into strips. In the process of longitudinal slitting, the longitudinally cut waste edges are quickly collected into roll shape by waste recoiler. The longitudinally cut strips are buffered by a looping pit and enters tension station through two sets of separation devices. Tension station and recoiler are used to establish the required recoiling tension to prevent collapse after recoiling. Finally, the unloading mechanism unloads baby coils from recoiler’s drum to unloading coil car and transports them out.
The feeding, slitting, and recoiling of the equipment are automatically coordinated by the three working motors during work, which will not cause stretching action on the sheet, prevent stretching deformation of the coil on the device. Meanwhile, in the state of free slitting, slit the sheet at the same time, no slitting deviation phenomenon will occur; tension station of this line can generate balanced and overall adjustable tension between the various belts to ensure the necessary tension when receiving different sheet materials. The relative tightness of each coil is effectively guaranteed; this equipment has a fixed-length cutting function. When the equipment is cut to a preset length or the tail material, the equipment will automatically reduce the speed uniformly, and automatically stop when there is no material until the speed is zero. And then automatically or manually operate the button to slit the rest.
After the device is manually on, the rest of the time will be in automatic operation.
The production process is as following:
Hanging the steel coils on the storage saddle → loading coils on coil car → manual vertical centering of decoiler → pressing coil by hold down wheel → feeding by decoiler → pincher and leveler → plate head shears → looping → side guider → slitter → Looping → tension station → separating → recoiler → unloading coils
